Profile Image not maintained between companies

Self-hosted v2.1.10
I have 2 companies - Company One and Company Two
If I am in Company One and I change the my user profile image, the image is changed but if I then swap to Company Two, my profile image is "broken"
If I then change my profile image whilst in Company Two it's changed OK but when I switch back to Company One, the profile image is "broken" again

Same issue, existed forever
