Software Update

Hello all,

I had deployed Akaunting software one year ago, and a developer has removed the update software feature in which in the software I got notification update but when I entered the update page there's no update version shown to me "empty". so, I tried to update it using the php command in SSH, the command is accepted but the software is still not updated. So, is this because of removing the update feature?
