SQLSTATE[42S01]: Base table or view already exists:

Hello,
I am getting such errors in the recent update. Today I updated to the the latest v 2.1.27. After 80% completed, I got SQLSTATE[42S01]: database error. I've attached the screenshot from print screen site link below.

Would anyone help me with technical details for this issue. Why the same table (sample_mediables) is trying to create again and again. how to overcome this?
It is already updated the files and now stopped due to database errors, So, if furthers tables need to be updated, it won't because it stopped but files are updated but it won't update the new tables changes.

I hope to get the technical solution to fix this issue.

On another one, I deleted the sample_mediables tables and updated. I got error this for php artisan update:finish.
