Stuck on Akaunting

Dear Akaunting Support,

I am very stuck on the instalation page 2 of 3 asking :
Host , user id, password and database.

I use MySQL 8.0.12 64bit (from MySQL.com) inside Ubuntu 18.04 LTS , running 64 bit.

Apache 2.4.37 and PHP 7.2.11 had been installed.

I created (1) an empty database dbakaunting ;

(2) username 
[email protected] 
dbakaunting@localhost

the web server and the database server reside on the same box/cpu.
however the installation page cannot continue, the error is : user id and password not correct.

Furthermore, I only install the Akaunting on different server, Ubuntu 16.10 32 bit.
Database refer to the Ubuntu 18.04 64bit cpu above. 
still stuck at the same page.

Question :
1/ Is there any mysql script to initialize database directly from mysql client and create the default akaunting administrator ?
2/ How to debug the error from akaunting to mysql login failures ? from my experience. error logs can be the key to solve.

Akaunting version used is Akaunting_1.3.1-Stable.zip

I had google'd, if similar case happened, but so far no luck.
Kindly advise on what do I missed.

Any advices / links would be appreciated.
