Support board or ticket system for Forum

Hi,

It would be nice if there was a way to log a ticket on the akaunting site without it showing in the Forums. Things like:

- Account problems

- Profile issues

- Sensitive date

- etc

Should not be in a Forum setting. For instance I have mistakenly created two profiles on the akaunting site. I can not log into one of them because I did not receive the activation notice. The only way I can ask you for help is by providing the email addresses in an open forum (unless I am missing something). Doing that would not be a good or secure thing.

Hello Andy,

Akaunting is a free and open source project which doesn't provide dedicated but community support service so ticket system is not suitable.

You're free to describe your problem on our forum and send sensitive data to community members if they request. Or you may ask for paid dedicated support.
