Unable to create a new account on cloud

I just signed up but am unable to get beyond the "Please Wait! We are setting the company up for you." loading screen in the browser. It has been stuck there for a couple hours. I have restarted my computer and browser and tried again but same thing. Looking for help to get in and try out Akaunting.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Still having the same issue... Unable to initialize a company instance on the cloud.

I am having that issue right now also. I have resubmitted the page, refreshed the data, started again but still the same issue.

I just signed out and signed back in - every attempt to create the business seemed to work, it is just that the screen is not refreshing. I have selected the business I wanted and so far everything is working fine. Thanks Akaunting
