Unable to logout in version 2.1.23

I read a while back that users were having an issue logging out in Safari. The issue was solved. Now in version 2.1.23 users and admin can not log out from Chrome, Safari and maybe other browsers. Does anybody else experience this with the latest update to 2.1.23?
