Unable to proceed with installation

After installing this I am not able to proceed with installation please anyone help me.

I'm deploying on my own laptop. zip extension is already installed. but getting the same error "ZIP extension needs to be installed and loaded!". you can see my installed php extensions list.

Can anyone help on this.

I am getting same error:

cURL extension needs to be installed and loaded!
Error: Ask your hosting provider to use PHP 7.3.0 or higher for both HTTP and CLI.

I am using PHP 7.3 and cURL extension is enabled. Server is WampServer on localhost.
