Update to 2.1.10 hanging

Greetings,

I've tried many times to do the upgrade from 2.1.9 to 2.1.10 and the process always hangs at 80% "Finalizing Akaunting 2.1.10 installation".

When hung, I can go back to the "install/updates" page and re-start the update a second time and it then works, but not knowing in what state the install is I restore from backup.

I would like to find out what causes it to hang. Where can I find/enable update logs? I enabled APP_DEBUG and looked in storage/logs but couldn't find anything about the update process.
