I checked your problem and its about database connection issue. When you are entering the system for first time you need to create the database(s) and the database file is in C:\xampp\htdocs\akaunting\database.

XAMPP uses MySQL database with this URL  http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ . In XAMPP control panel you will see MySQL service. So, you can create new database and then write that database name in the required field of this program.

For installing the system you can continue http://localhost/akaunting/install/database .
