Website & login not showing images or formatted properly

After finally getting the docker file to talk to the mysql server I find I can't fill out the first time setup of the business because the content boxes, images and layout are all stuffed up.

What am I missing here?

I've loaded sameersbn's akaunting docker-compose file as per instructions but no potato

Please someone help, this accounting software looks amazing
