Opening via LAN

I've installed the application succesfuly on ubuntu 16.04 with apache, php 7.0 and mysql. It shows all graph table on the dashboard, income report etc. I set my PC as my server of my network. The problem is happened when I open it via LAN from other PC, application doesn't display graph tables anymore. Please, help me..

This is related to computer permissions. Please check your permissions.

Connecting to a wired LAN
1 Connect a LAN cable to the PC's wired LAN port. ...
2 Click the Start button on the taskbar and then click Settings.
3 Click Network and Internet.
4 In Status, click Network and Sharing Center.
5 Choose Change adapter settings at the upper left.
6 Right-click Ethernet and then choose Properties.
