Account Login Issue (On-premise)

Hello! I need a support with login issues. I have the akaunting hosted on premise on my website hosting sub domain. Now here all these years I have been using same email and password to login. Today, all of a sudden I see that it got logged out. And asking me to login. As I enter the same id password, it is saying me that, "The credentials do not match with our records"

I tried to change the password from the database replacing the hash password with a new hashpassword. And tried to login with the plain password of the hash password end, it is resulting in the same error saying, "These credentials do not match our records."

How do I fix that please? It is very urgent for me now.
