Data Center Location?

I have been trying to find documentation regarding the location of Akaunting data centers so I might better understand what data laws might apply if I were to use the Cloud option. Perhaps Akaunting uses AWS servers or other similar service? I know there's some unrest in some places in Europe right now as well, so data centers there would be at an elevated risk. Where might I find information regarding this topic?

Our servers are in Europe, and everything is under industry security and privacy standards.
