I created New users but they couldnt sign in

I created New users but they couldn't sign in. every time , it keeps telling them, invalid login or password.

I am using the cloud edetion

by the way. all of them are assigned to roles with full permissions

If you created a new customer under the sales category, there is a Can Login checkbox.

i created users under the company users. i need to give them access as salesmen and technicians

In user permissions disable all the permissions that say portal
