Hello,
I have added new users , and set credentials for them. But seems they are unable to login to Akaunting.com
How do we get this done?

What do they get instead? Have you created custom roles for them?

Yes Have created custom role (All of the Read only options, except Customer Panel) and assigned to them.
They have not registered on the Cloud yet. I just added them as users, assigned them to a company along with password and roles.
When they try to login with the email and password set, it gives error - No such account exists
