Selamlar,

Hosting sunucunuz ile iletişime geçip aldığınız hatayı gösterirseniz size gerekli yardımı yapacaklardır. Çünkü sunucunuz desteklemediğinden bu hatayı alıyorsunuz.

Geleb cevap aşağıda. Laravel sadece Linux üzerinde mi çalışıyor?

Selamlar,

Mesajdan anladığım kadarıyla sunucunuz php ve apache desteklemiyor doğal olarak laravel de desteklemiyor bu sebepten ötürü yükleme yapılamıyor sunucunuzun platformunu değiştiriseniz ya da en sağlıklısı php ve apache desteği alabilirseniz şu anki sunucunuza, problem çözülecektir.
