This app provides a great user friendly interface which almost breaks down the our sales processes into finer activity detail in an almost customized manner. This makes it very easy to track our sales process from any and everywhere. It also integrates into our mailing system with utmost ease, as a result sending and receiving details via Akaunting comes very easy.

This app is flexible and intuitive, it allows us to give priority to our potential customers, since we can organize our communications by email, so we did not spend anything important overlooked.

It gives us consistent reports of our sales that help us identify strengths in our business strategies. Visibility throughout the sales process is undoubtedly one of its best features.

Also, their tech support and customer service are white-glove like.

The best part I like is the visual appearance of the pipeline and timeline. I can easily access all the information that I need to track properly the flow of prospects behavior and apply proper steps to engage them accurately.

The custom reports are also great, I love data, and I am able to have great and most accurate statistical data to further develop the sales funnel my company requires.

Very easy to setup and get going. Technical support is fantastic. Lot's of features and customization is available if you need something that's not in the base app.

Would definitely recommend CRM to all Akaunting users. As a CRM system, what you put in is what you get out, so it does take some work and many eyes to get the system up and running, but it gives you more information due to the Akaunting seamless integration. For a small business on Akaunting it makes perfect sense to use CRM app, which I have found more and more by using it.
