too slow when connected to local domain/LAN

I have configured the app on my PC and the web app is up and running on localhost it works fine and loads fine until I plugin the network cable and the system becomes part of the LAN/ local domain network. I am unable to comprehend whether I have to change something with the web application settings or my domain policies are causing the issue. Infact, I am running another web application that is even larger than akaunting, but it works perfectly fine. I need to know the solution If anyone please help. Thanks

I can see that when I plugin the cable and see the response from from the developers tools it shows me the following two connections that take too much time. I understand that application is looking for something to fetch from the internet and it cannot get it back as the attached image shows; It is not getting the fonts from googleapis but what is causing more waiting time is the loading of first page every time. Hope to get a response from you.

Hi, there is no internet connection. it is running on Local Domain within an intranet. It works fine when I Unplug the cable and takes too much time when I connect the LAN cable.

I have resolved the issue for fonts.googleapis but the webpage takes too much time to load. For example, when LAN is connected, When I press the dashboard button. It takes 30-40 seconds to wait to get response. same goes for when I press revenues in income tab. etc.
So everything just loads normally except the very first request. let me show you the image. the first page that is taking too much to respond. have a look at the attached link for the image.

I'm sorry but you need an internet connection in order to access Google fonts.

Hi, I have mentioned that I have solved the issue for Google fonts already. I have downloaded css file for fonts and it is not causing any delays. If you can see in the attached image "issue2.png" I am having the issue when the page starts to load. for example, When I click on the dashboard it resolves the IP of the server quickly but then keeps on waiting on localhost/127.0.0.1 for more than 27 seconds on average. I cannot see what is actually causing this wait time. I hope you understand where I am actually having trouble. if that wait time is also for something like fonts issue. kindly point it out so that I may resolve it.
