Hi all; I'm one of the many considering my options after receiving the dreaded message from Wave!!
The thing is, I've got 6 years' worth of financial data invested in Wave. I'm not bothered about banking details, just simple accounts, general ledger etc etc. They are happy to let me export, but how can I then import it into Akaunting? Excel or CSV. Anyone with prior experience of having done this already?? Thanks in advance!
Hey Antony,
Our developer community is working on a module/app to migrate your data from Wave to Akaunting within a couple of clicks and we expect to have it published within a couple of days. Feel free to follow the related discussion:

Thanks Denis,
I'll keep an eye open for an email or something hopefully. It would be a module I would be prepared to pay for!
Hey there,
The app for importing your Wave data is out:

Hey Antony,
Were you able to import data from Wave? Any help needed?
Regards
The Wave import module simply doesn't work. I tried on self hosted. Thought, maybe the server is at fault.
Setup my accounts on the Akaunting server. Still doesn't work.
Erased the Wave app and created it again. Still doesn't work.
On my self hosted instance, I get " 500 Internal Server Error"
On the akaunting server, I get "
Something is broken on this page
Our technical team has been alerted and is working on a solution"
When do you exactly get that error? During authentication or importing data?
During authentication. I don't even get to importing the data
I'm not able to find any error logged on our Cloud related to your account. Feel free to try again as it works fine:

I can't even follow the basic instructions! "Akaunting/Settings/" - Where's the settings page??
