Logo not displaying properly on invoice

Glad there is a work around. Personally, I think this software is excellent. Just needs a little more fixes like the logo (very important for invoicing) and maybe some more here and there. But lets remember that its free. And for a small company like mine, I'm busy testing because its really good.

Yeah, beggars can't be choosers. But the several small glitches I've encountered using Akaunting, and the lack of acknowledgement by the team that these glitches even exist, make me very wary of deciding to pay for this software, which I would gladly do otherwise, if I'd know that issues are picked up for resolution reasonably quickly.

Looking for a replacement for Wave since they dropping EU clients, but if little things like don't work is Akaunting the right choice?

Any update on the logo issue? I am uploading a crisp 617x645 png and out comes a fuzzuy blob on my invoices.... otherwise an excellent piece of SW.

Problem still exists for me.

I've uploaded the wrong logo on my invoice but I can't delete it and if I try and replace it with the correct logo, the 'new' logo appears on top of the other one. I can't do a thing with it! Very unhappy.

They provided this accounting software for free for us to test it, discover the bugs and report it.

No feedback on this and the problem persists. I have even resized the logo to the dimensions the default logo uses and still it gets distorted.

Crazy, huh? I logged this bug a year ago, and still it hasn't been resolved.

It is because they tried to over complicate the way the wrote the system and this feature could have been made so much easier and more affective. I don't have the time to look for all the files and sections to do a work-around nor to re-write the entire system. I will probably look for something else that I can quickly configure with similar features although this system is nice and userfriendly.
