Logo not displaying properly on invoice

After writing my last reply, I managed to get a solution of some sort.

1. Create a blank canvas/image dimensions 128 x128 transparent background
2. Resize your own logo width to 128 and ensure it does fit into the canvas and looks the way it should.
3. Remove old logo, this should be done in the DB if self hosted in the ci7_media table. Delete the logo entries there.
4. Update the company.logo field in the ci7_settings field to a 0 (zero) and save.
5. Go back to your system, reupload the newly saved logo.

This worked for me, hope it helps others.

Nice. Though you're self-hosting, it seems. I'm on Akaunting's server, using their hosted service.

I suggest perhaps still try the image canvas option and upload the new image. I noticed each time I tried to upload a resized version, the ID entry on the DB got updated and it used the latest version of the logo so it might work for you.

I had tried replacing my logo with a square version in the past, which did not work.

But, it works now! Woohoo!

Do anyone know how this issue contiunes in 1-3 year ???

Why har this settings that are coded in the hole system not made available yet? from the upload side when the system is clearly designed after users set them up ?!?!?!?
