I am having trouble opening the user directory the message appears
Can someone guide me?
What did you do before getting that error? You can enable debugging to get more details:

Hi, I used to have this error... just have a look in your apache config. and enable modrewrite and enable .htaccess in Akaunting folder (it worked this way for me)
Okay, thanks for the support, but I'm working on a paid server environment, not in a test environment, I do not have access to apache config and yes to a cpnel. In this case what do I suggest? Change permission for example?
hello Ahmet Kurucan ! Well the last change effected was in the config file in the app directory I changed the name of 'name' => env ('APP_NAME', 'Akaunting'), to custom name I'm already changing! and I'll check if the error continues.
hello Ahmet directorio config / app.php
Hello Sebastian Di Luise tanks! well I actually can not access 2 specific directories in; http://ak.meusite.com.br/auth/users and http://ak.meusite.com.br/auth/users already changed to a change in the files in confg / app.php. Can you send me a hard copy in the changed thread forum of your .htaccess
Andre, you should check the article I referred to.
I checked your article at https://akaunting.com/docs/developer-manual/debug and I sent the modified .env file to the directory nothing happened, however there is an update message that is already appearing before the debug change the current version 1.1 .7 the version that appears to update 1.1.9. Already tried to update once but also generates error. What to do remembering that I am new in this system. Tanks!
Well I tried to update again when I click the update button it generates the error again the same one that was generated when trying to access my profile and the list of users of the system (Whoops, looks like something went wrong). Well downloaded the version for my computer. what do you suggest?
