Canceling App Subscription

If you aren’t interested in using an app anymore, Canceling an App Subscription is quite easy on Akaunting.

Canceling App Subscription:

• From the Akaunting UI, Click on the Profile icon on the Sidebar.

• On the expanded Navigation panel, go to Subscriptions.
• Click the App you wish to cancel your subscription to view the details page.
• Click the ellipses menu icon on the top right corner, then select Cancel. A pop-up window prompts for cancellation reasons.
• Choose a reason. Then click Confirm.

You can also cancel your App subscription from the Account Dashboard.

• Go to Subscriptions.

• On the App you wish to cancel your subscription, click Details.
• On the App Details page, Click Cancel Subscription. A pop-up window prompts for cancellation reasons.
• Choose a reason. Then click Confirm.
