VIP Dedicated Support and Custom Development

How much and what kind of custom development is included in the VIP support? I am looking for help with setting up Akaunting and a couple of Apps on my server, and some minor changes in Akaunting.

Also, is it possible to install a new language that is not yet approved/finalized in Crowdin (Finnish)?
