Hi @Anuja
Did you set the Redirect URL in the Wave application that you created?
It should be in the format of : https://
Something weird is going on and I can't tell if I made a mistake somewhere
I have Akaunting hosted on my subdomain and the redirect URL set as
http://sub.domain.com/wave/auth
When I click on auth in settings, it redirects to the Wave permission page and after I click allow it gives the error
Oops! Something went wrong
500 Internal Server Error
We will work on fixing that right away.
@Kong Jin Jie,
I updated url to https://app.akaunting.com/wave/auth
and got the "Request for Permission" page, so things are working now.
However i got the error that @Simeon mentioned. Therefore, I'll wait for a fix.
"Oops! Something went wrong
500 Internal Server Error"
I'm having a similar issue as Simeon and Anuja above with the error after requesting permission.
Hey there,
Sorry to hear there is a problem with authentication. We've made some changes, could you please try now again?
Regards
Hi Denis,
I gave it a shot but it still gives the error 500 message.
Thanks for trying to assist!
Hey Darian,
It seems the changes were not reflected properly, can you try again?
Regards
Unfortunately, still no luck, same error
Just got another update from developers, I'd appreciate it if you could try again.
Hi Denis, I was able to transfer my Wave data. It can get a bit clunky with the server and had to do some things twice but it worked out in the end. The only issue I am still having is it lists my invoices up to 99 on first page and anything after that (100 and beyond ) are only on page 4-5 unless I set it to show by invoice date. Other than that the service seems great!
