I got the import to work for customers, vendors, chart of accounts and invoices. Is there a way to get all the expenses imported? Or transactions? I don't seem to be able to do that.
I have installed the double entry app. This was required in order for the chart of accounts to be synced. When I sync the chart of accounts I get internal server error 500. Other data syncs just fine. Is this because the double entry app already puts its own chart of accounts? I initially tried to sync chart of accounts without double entry installed and the options was not available to sync until I installed the double entry app. Any ideas?
I also have the same issue as Jeff. I couldn't sync the chart of accounts, getting an internal server error 500. The other data synced just fine.
I have the same issue as Jeff. I got error 500 after sync the chart of the account. However, I reloaded the page and then I can find the imported accounts. Does it mean it has synchronized completely?
In addition, I went to the next step and sync the invoice, it showed error 500 again but this time I couldn't see any invoice even I reloaded the page.
FYI... I got a reply from Support saying that this error has been fixed and a new version of the Wave App will be released soon. Hopefully that will fix the issue.
Can you please try now again?
I have update my installation to Akaunting 2.1.3 and my Double Entry to 2.1.4 and still get the same 500 server error. I have not yet seen an update to the Wave App though so I'm not sure if that update needs to happen first.
I have uninstalled the Wave app and reinstalled it, but it still wont import any invoices from Wave.
I use the web based akaunting and wave without installation. Is it a matter?
I have been trying since 2 months ago but it cannot work at all. It used to have the Auth keys to be filled in but now I cant even fill in.
