Inviting a User
Define roles and access levels when adding a user to your Akaunting profile.
Inviting a User:
- From the Akaunting UI, Click on the Profile icon
on the Sidebar.
- On the expanded Navigation panel, go to Users.
- Click on Invite User.
- Enter the required details.
- In the
Assign
section, select the company you wish the user to manage/access, and define a role.
You can add and manage multiple/unlimited companies depending on your Akaunting plan. Check out how to create a company.
Check out all the Roles and Permission levels here
- Select the default dashboard and language.
- Then, Save.
An invitation is sent to the provided email. The new user must create a new password to log in.
