Inviting a User

Define roles and access levels when adding a user to your Akaunting profile.

Inviting a User:

  • From the Akaunting UI, Click on the Profile icon profile icon on the Sidebar.
  • On the expanded Navigation panel, go to Users.
  • Click on Invite User.
  • Enter the required details.
  • In the Assign section, select the company you wish the user to manage/access, and define a role.

You can add and manage multiple/unlimited companies depending on your Akaunting plan. Check out how to create a company.

Check out all the Roles and Permission levels here

  • Select the default dashboard and language.
  • Then, Save.

An invitation is sent to the provided email. The new user must create a new password to log in.
