Importing Tickets in Helpdesk

Importing tickets in Helpdesk is easy and can be done by uploading an XLS or XLSX. file

Note: To use the Helpdesk features, you need to Install or Purchase the Helpdesk App.

Importing Tickets in Helpdesk:

  • From your Akaunting Dashboard, Click Helpdesk on the Navigation Menu Panel

  • On the Tickets page, click the ellipses menu icon ellipses menu icon at the top left corner.
  • Select Import from the ellipses dropdown options.

  • On the Import Tickets page, Download the sample file.

  • Enter the necessary field on the Sample File

  • Category name: This must be the same as the ticket categories you have added to the helpdesk app.
  • Subject: Write a subject for the ticket
  • Message: Write an explanation for the ticket.
  • Save the file as XLS or XLSX.
  • Upload your file to Akaunting.
  • Click Import and wait for a few seconds. This may vary depending on the size of the data.

You’ll receive a sidebar notification, and once the upload is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email.
