Managing Items (Products or Services)

Akaunting makes managing items (products or services) easy and convenient. You can Enable, Disable, Edit, Duplicate, Delete, and Import/Export.

Managing items is available as a core feature and also in the Inventory app (Check out how to Install and Purchase an app).

Select Items from the Navigation Menu.
On the Items page, hover over an Item for options to Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.

Use the Search bar to search for specific items or filters Items by Category or Enabled.

Tick the Bulk Action Checkbox for the Edit, Enable, Disable, Delete, Export options.

Click the ellipses menu icon for options to Import or Export Items.

Managing items via Inventory App

Go to Inventory on the Navigation Menu.

Select Items from the expanded menu options.
On the Items page, hover over an Item for options to View, Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.
The Search bar filters Items by Category, Enable, and Warehouse.
Tick the Checkbox above to take bulk actions like Enable, Disable, or Delete Items.
Click the ellipses menu icon for options to Import or Export Items.
