Managing Item Groups

Akaunting makes managing item groups easy and convenient. You can Enable, Disable, Edit, Duplicate, Delete, and Import/Export Item Groups for your Products/Services.

Managing item groups is only available on the Inventory app (Check out how to Install and Purchase an app).

Managing Item Groups

• Go to Inventory on the Navigation Menu.
• Select Groups from the expanded menu options.
• On the Groups page, hover over a Group for options to Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.
• The Search bar filters Groups by Category and Enable.
• Tick the Checkbox above to take bulk actions like Enable, Disable, or Delete Groups.
• Click the ellipses menu icon for options to Import or Export Groups.
