Attach files on Akaunting for easy referencing and matching your hardcopy documents to digital versions. You can attach files to your Projects, Invoices, Bills, and Transactions.

Attaching Files to Invoices

  • Go to Sales on the Navigation Menu.
  • Select Invoices from the expanded options.
  • Click New Invoice or Edit an existing Invoice on the Invoices page.
  • Hover over a listed invoice to reveal the Edit option.
  • Click Edit.
  • On the Edit Invoice page, scroll to the Advanced section at the bottom.
  • Click Advanced
  • Click on the Upload window or Drag and Drop a file.
  • Then, Save.

You can also attach files when creating a New Invoice.

Attaching Files to Projects

  • Go to Projects on the Navigation Menu.
  • On the Projects page, Click an existing Project to access the Project dashboard.
  • Switch to the Attachments tab
  • Click on the Upload window or Drag and Drop a file.
  • Then, Save.

You need to Install or Purchase the Projects app.
