Add default taxes for transactions. You can use these taxes on Invoices and Bills.

Adding Taxes:

  • Go to Settings on the sidebar.
Adding taxes on Akaunting
  • Click Taxes.
  • On the Taxes details page, Click New Tax.
  • Enter the Tax name.
  • Set a Tax rate (%)
  • Define the type of Tax – Compound, Withholding, Inclusive, Normal, etc.
  • Then, Save.

Enable, Disable, Edit, or Delete listed Taxes from the Taxes Page.

To Edit a Tax, click on the Tax you want to Edit and update information on the Tax details page. Then, Save.
