The Classic Akaunting Import only allowed importing files that matched predefined Excel templates.

With the Import Pro, you can now:

  • Import Items, Invoices, Bills, Transactions, Customers, and More.
  • Use your own files without needing a mandatory Excel template.
  • Create and save your own import templates that match your Excel files and reuse them whenever you want.
  • Track, in real time, the number of rows imported, errors, and updates during the process.
  • Receive a detailed report by email once the import is complete.

This means you no longer need to adjust your existing Excel files to fit Akaunting’s standard structure.
