Managing a Deal

You can create and manage your deals on Akaunting. Add activities and competitors, update deal status, and deal owner.

Viewing the Details of a Deal in CRM

Managing a deal:

  • Go to the Deals page from CRM on the Navigation Menu.
  • You can filter by Pipeline and Status from the top on the Deals Page.
  • The deals page also displays all the stages of a pipeline.
  • Move a deal to another stage by clicking and dragging.
  • Click the three vertical dots Vertical three dots menu icon on a Deal to reveal the Show, Edit, and Delete options.
  • Select Show to view the Deal details page.
  • Select Edit to Update the details of a Deal.

Viewing the Details of a Deal

  • Click the three vertical dots Vertical three dots menu icon on a Deal to reveal the Show, Edit, and Delete options.
  • Select Show to view the Deal details page.

On the details page, you can see the following details.

  • Deal’s contact person,
  • Amount of deal,
  • Contact information
  • Deal’s stage
  • Deal owner
  • Reaction icons Deals reaction icon
  • Add Activity: Create an activity such as a meeting or task.
  • Note: Add notes about the deal.
  • Email: Send an email to the contact.

Updating a Deal

You can update the details of a deal, including the owner.

  • On the details page, click the ellipses menu icon ellipses menu icon
  • Select Edit to make changes to your deal.
  • Then, Save.
  • Change the Owner by clicking the ellipses menu icon ellipses menu icon
  • Select Owner Change.
  • Pick a new owner from the pop-up window.
  • Then, Save.
