Changing the status of a deal is an important aspect of managing a sales system. It provides valuable information on the current state of a deal and helps you prioritize efforts.

Changing the Status of a Deal:

  • Go to CRM on the Navigation Menu.
  • Select Deals from the expanded menu.
  • On the Deals page, click the three vertical dots Vertical three dots menu icon on a Deal to reveal the Show, Edit, and Delete options.
  • Select Show to view the Deal details page.
  • On the details page, mark the status of a deal as Won, Lost, or Trash by using the Reaction icons Deals reaction icon.

You can always reopen a deal after marking it as Won or Lost.
