Adding a new pipeline, activity, and customer stage to CRM can help your businesses improve sales processes, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

Adding a New Pipeline:

  • Go to Settings on the Sidebar.
  • Click CRM on the Navigation Menu.
  • On the Pipeline tab, click New Pipeline.
  • Give your new pipeline a Name.
  • Then, Save.
  • Add stages to your newly created pipeline by Clicking the ellipses Menu icon ellipses menu icon
  • Select New Stage
  • Enter the Title and Select “Do not change” in the Life Stage drop-down menu.
  • Then, Save.

You can add as many stages as required to track your customer journey.

To update the Activity type defaults:

  • Switch tabs from Pipeline to the Activity type.

  • Click New Activity
  • Enter a name.
  • Then, Save.

You can drag and drop each activity type to rearrange the listing order.

To update the CRM stages defaults:

  • Switch tabs to Stages.
Update pipeline stages
  • Click Add a Stage.
  • Enter a name.
  • Then, Save.
