Managing contacts on Akaunting allows you to add notes and schedules, send Emails, and view activity logs of contacts in your CRM.

Contacts list

To manage contacts:

  • Go to CRM on the Navigation Menu.
  • Select Contacts from the dropdown options to access the Contacts Page
  • Click a Contact to see the Contact Detail page.

You can hover over a contact to reveal the Show, Edit, and Delete options. Ticking the checkboxes allows you to take bulk actions such as Enable, Disable, or Delete a Contact.

  • On the Customer Detail Page, You can: Add Notes and Schedules, Send Emails, View Activity logs, and Create Tasks.
  • See a contact’s Activity log at the bottom of the contact details page.
  • Click Edit on the top right corner to update the details of a Contact.
