Viewing CRM activities and schedules is an essential feature of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. It lets you track important tasks, meetings, and events related to clients or prospects.

Viewing CRM Activities and Schedules:

  • Go to CRM on the Navigation Menu.
  • Select Activities from the dropdown options.
  • Use the drop-down menu above to filter activity by type and owner.
  • You can also edit or delete an activity.

You can also see all your schedules on the Schedules page.

Go to CRM > Schedule.
