You can Enable, Disable, Edit, Duplicate, Delete, and Import/Export products/services. To Import your product/services, see the details here.

Managing Products or Services:

Go to Inventory on the Navigation Menu.

Managing Products and Services

Select Items from the expanded menu options.
On the Items page, hover over an Item for options to View, Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.
The Search bar filters Items by Category, Enable, and Warehouse.
Tick the Checkbox above to take bulk actions like Enable, Disable, or Delete Items.
Click the ellipses menu icon for options to Import or Export Items.
