Canceling A Plan

If for any reason you do not wish to use Akaunting anymore, you have to option of canceling a plan. You can also downgrade to a lower plan.

Make sure to back up or download your data before you cancel any plan. Failure to do so will result in the loss of all business data.

Canceling a Plan:

  • Access your Account Dashboard from the website by clicking your profile initials in the top corner.
  • Select Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.
  • On the Subscriptions page, find the Plan to which you are subscribed.
  • Click Details
  • Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription.
  • Enter the reason(s) for canceling and click Confirm.
  • Your plan is canceled.

Next…

  • Return to the Subscriptions page.
  • Click My Cards.
  • On My Cards page, you’ll see a list of your cards.
  • Click the trash icon on the listed card.
  • Enter a reason for deleting with an explanation and click Confirm.
  • Your card is deleted.

After this action, you can no longer access Akaunting’s features or your data.
