Changing Your Pricing Plan

If you are subscribed to Akaunting’s Standard Cloud, you can access all paid/unpaid featured apps except the Double-Entry, Bank Feeds, Expense Claims, and Roles & Permissions.

The mentioned apps are only available on the Premium Cloud and higher plans.

Upgrading Your Akaunting Plan

To upgrade your plan:

• Login to your account.
• Go to your Account dashboard or Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
• Click on Subscriptions.
• On the subscriptions page, find your current plan and click “Upgrade to…“
• Proceed to the payment page and confirm payment.
• New apps are available for Installation based on the upgraded plan.

Downgrading Your Akaunting Plan

If you want to downgrade your plan, kindly note that certain apps available on your present plan will no longer be installed.

You will have to repurchase these apps from the store.

To downgrade your plan:

• Login to your account.
• Go to your Account dashboard or Click the profile icon at the top right corner.
• Click on Subscriptions.
• On the subscriptions page, find your current plan and click on Details.
• Scroll down the Details page and click on Cancel Subscription.
• You’ll be asked the reason for cancellation on a pop-up screen.
• Enter your reason and Confirm.
• Return to the Plans page to subscribe to your preferred downgrade plan.

Except for the Ultimate Cloud plan, every plan has Invoice, Company and User limits.

If your Invoices, Companies or Users exceed the number allowed in the downgrade plan, ensure you delete the excesses before downgrading.
