If you have more than one company, you can switch between company dashboards, edit and set an order for your companies.

Depending on the Pricing Plan, You can add and manage an unlimited number of companies (businesses) on Akaunting.

Managing Companies:

From the Company Dashboard, Click the Company Switcher icon on the Navigation Menu.

Select Manage Companies.
On the Companies page, you can Enable or Disable a company by tickşng the checkbox(es) for menu options.
Hover over a company to reveal the Switch, Edit, and Delete options.

Deleting a Company

There are two ways of deleting a company on Akaunting.

From the Company Dashboard
From the Account Dashboard

Deleting a Company from the Company Dashboard

From the Company Dashboard, Click the Company Switcher icon on the Navigation Menu.

Select Manage Companies.
On the Companies page, hover over a company to reveal the Switch, Edit, and Delete options.
Select Delete. A pop-up window prompts for a reason.
Enter your reason, then click Delete.

Deleting a Company from the Account Dashboard

You can also access the Account Dashboard by clicking on the initials of your Akaunting profile name at the top left corner and selecting Dashboard from the dropdown menu.

On the Account Dashboard, you’ll see a list of your companies.
Click the Delete icon. A pop-up window prompts for a reason.
Select your reason and enter any other details.
Then click Confirm.

Please note that deleting a Company is a permanent action. Also, you lose every data associated with the company.
