Picking An Akaunting Cloud Plan
Akaunting Cloud has four plans designed to fit your business’s needs and goals.
- Standard: Best for Freelancers and One-person businesses
- Premium: Best for Small businesses
- Elite: Best for Mid-size businesses
- Ultimate: Best for Accountants
Note: Subscribing to a plan does not automatically install the apps listed under it. You must manually install them from the App Store. For instructions on how to install an app, click here.
If you are a new user, create an account to subscribe to any pricing plan.
Picking An Akaunting Cloud Plan
- Go to the plans page.

- Pick a plan that’s right for you.
- Enter your billing details.

- Check the terms and conditions box and click on Continue.

- Add your payment details and click on Pay Now.
Your selected plan is applied to your account.
To see your current plan:

- Login to your account.
- Access the Company Dashboard.
- Click on the profile icon on the sidebar.
- Go to Plans.
- Your present plan will be indicated with the word “Active“.
Installing Apps Associated With A Plan
Subscribing to a plan does not automatically install the listed apps. However, they can all be installed from the Akaunting app store.
- From your Dashboard, Click Apps on the Navigation Menu.

- Search for the App you want to install.

(The app must be listed in the subscribed plan. For instance, if you are subscribed to the Premium Cloud plan, you can only install Bank Feeds, Expense Claims, and Roles & Permissions.

- On the Apps details page, select the subscription preference (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime). The subscription preference should be the same as the plan.

- Click Install and wait for the installation process to be completed.

- Once completed, you can access the App from the Navigation Menu.
